Yes and no. We are not working on a native Win* package. But we could port the 
Unix version of AspectC++ to Cygwin (a UNIX like environment for Win* -> 
http://sources.redhat.com/cygwin/) without much effort. The generated output 
could than used with any Win* C++ compiler.

So if you promise to give it a try and to give feedback I will spend some time 
on it.
