This is not a bug - it's a feature. This is only the default location 
where ac++ looks for the puma.cfg file. You can change this by setting the 
PUMA_CONFIG environment variable. See README.win32 and env.bat for more 
information.

Not at the moment, but we plan to make it available in the near future.
