AFAIK Java has inline member only, so does C#.
IMHO There is no reason to have non-inline members. In C++ they are present
to separate the interface and implementation,
and ac++ separates them and solves related problems. I think non-inline
methods are awkward :)
Isn't it a bit awkward only to be able introduce methods that are
